Patricia Sawyer, PhD, 1996
Patricia Sawyer is currently Assistant Professor in the Social and Behavioral Sciences Section of the Division of Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine at UAB. She also serves as Director of the Gerontology Education Program. She is co-PI on an NIA funded grant, Mobility among Older African-Americans and Whites, a prospective, longitudinal study of 1000 community-dwelling adults aged 65 and older in central Alabama.
