Donna M. Handley, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor
Dr. Donna M. Handley received her PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy from Auburn University. Prior to her arrival at UAB, Dr. Handley served as an Assistant Director of Economic Development for the City of Auburn, AL. Her research interests include public and nonprofit budgeting, state and local government management, intergovernmental relations, and economic and community development.
