Christopher Reaves, Ph.D.
Adjunct Professor
Christopher Reaves is a project manager for the Center of Urban Affairs at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He received a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Jacksonville State University in 1991 and then the Master of Public Administration degree from Jacksonville State University in 1996. Mr. Reaves then obtained a Ph.D. in Urban and Public Affairs from the University of Louisville in 1999. He teaches Strategic Planning for Public/Private Action at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
